COMPENSATION PLAN
For every membership you sell as an Independent Sales Associate, you will earn an $80.00-90.00 commission per referral. As an example, if you were to enroll 3 people during the sales week, you would earn $240.00 in commission ($80.00 X 3 = $240.00). If you enrolled 10 people during the sales week, you would earn $840.00 ($84.00 X 10 = $840.00). Every 5 sales bumps the commission up $2. Our sales week runs from Sunday morning to Saturday night. Every sale you generate before Saturday at 11:59 PM CST will be paid out to you on the following Friday. Commissions are paid to your bank account by direct deposit.
MCA requires all new Independent Sales Associates to protect themselves with our Total Security benefit packages. MCA does not charge an admin fee or setup fee to start working as an Independent Sales Associate, but your benefits must be maintained.
